Front Desk Agents - $11.50 plus commission!!

Summary:The Grand Sierra Resort Hotel Operations Department is seeking a talented and qualified individual to serve as a Front Desk Agent. Possess proven organizational skills, exceptional guest service and problem solving skills. Front Desk Agents are responsible for registering and checking out guests who stay with the resort. Maintain guest accounts to ensure current/correct information at all times. Analyze and assign guest requests as it relates to rates, rooms, group numbers, etc. by reviewing and analyzing a number of specific reports. Handle guest services such as mail, faxes, room keys, etc. Provide answers to a variety of questions from hotel guests by utilizing all information at front desk including function sheets and front services daily. This role is highly visible and interacts with sponsors, vendors, clients, and GSR Management.

Guest Room Attendants - $11.00 Hourly

Summary: The Grand Sierra is looking for energetic and customer service minded individuals to join the Housekeeping team as a Guest Room Attendant. In this role you will ensure guest room cleanliness and maintenance. Guarantee prompt, courteous and team minded service throughout the entire resort and adhere to all Grand Sierra Resort standards.

Slot Associates - $8.50 Hourly plus tips

Summary: As a GSR Slot Associate, you will listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Answer questions and offer assistance to provide guest satisfaction. Relay accurate information to guests regarding hours of operation, Hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
