Position Title: CVS/Training Coordinator
Reports To: Manufacturing Support Manager
1. Purpose of Role:
This position supports site operations. This position is responsible for facilitating site training and implementing CVS (Commissioning, Validation, Start Up : a project management tool used for all capital projects at the site.)
2. Principle Accountabilities:
? Facilitating site training: scheduling, communicating, and at times delivering trainings for a variety of topics.
? Manages the sites onboarding and position transfer programs: scheduling training, communicating the plan with the team, delivering the training on occasion, and auditing the program.
? Represent the site in working with contractors and engineers to assure a proper install and smooth start up.
? Provide site management with up to date communication on the status of each capital project.
