Our Private Client Services business was founded more than four decades ago as a family office for Capital Groups senior executives and their families. As a Trust and Estate Manager based in our Reno office, you will partner with a talented team of Trust Officers to support our clients needs as it relates to trust administration. You will serve as a subject matter expert and assist the team with establishing and refining our processes and best practices as it pertains to executing a trust.
Responsibilities:
:
Lead Reno Trust and Estate office, including direct supervision of Trust Officers and Associates
:
Conduct preliminary reviews of Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Charitable Trusts, GRATs, QPRTs, Family Limited Partnership Agreements and other documents for estates with wide:ranging values
:
Supervise post:mortem administration of estates and management of special assets
:
Serve as liaison between internal teams and clients, their consultants, legal representatives, accountants and any other parties involved in underlying transactions
Qualifications:
:
5+ years of experience managing teams
:
Direct experience as a Trust Officer and/or Trust Administrator preferred
:
Strong industry knowledge with ability to effectively manage fiduciary risks and ensure adherence to trust policy
:
Ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally
:
Skilled at leveraging resources across the organization, driving collaboration and cooperation
:
JD or similar advanced degree/certification (ie, CTFA, Series 65, CFP, CIMA) preferred
