Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated, organized professional with a strong record of achievement and leadership to join our Elite Team.Job Description:The District Sales Manager is responsible for the development and leadership of Store Managers and Retail Wireless Consultants within the market area. The District Manager will also oversee designated sales operations and ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed while creating the ideal customer experience. Achieving all market sales and budget objectives are a large responsibility within this position while overseeing multiple locations. o Ensures complete and timely communication of company objectives, policies and initiatives throughout the District.o Leads and assists managers in maximizing positive results in the area of company change and growth through ongoing, proactive and effective communication.o Attains District goals by coaching and developing store managers in their efforts and execution of store goals and metrics.o Develops and leads Store Managers and store personnel to be proactive in new business development, sales process execution, customer service, their ability to properly analyze and take corrective measures in all areas.o Demonstrates, leads and coaches Store Managers to increase their effectiveness, efficiency and productivity through continually improving the following areas:Time ManagementCoaching and Communication SkillsLeadership DevelopmentSales Analysis & Selling skillsProblem-solving Skillso Staff stores by interviewing, hiring and making necessary discipline decisions including terminations for Store Managers and store personnelo Spend 80% of your time visiting retail locations performing scheduled and unscheduled visits to monitor the customer experience and ensure excellent customer service.o Facilitate personnel training/educational sessionso Ensure that all stores are properly merchandised according to Sprint plan-o-gram guidelineso Work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 45 hours per week Required Qualifications:o Successful history of managing multi stores and personnelo Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experienceo Business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experienceo Ability to motivate and lead a sales teamo Exceptional communication, strong organizational and time management skillso Passion for sales and customer serviceo High level of energy and integrityo Must be willing to travel within market area on daily basiso Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for team and others.o Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays Benefits:o Growing company with great advancement opportunitieso Competitive base salary and commission structureo Paid vacationo Health and Dental benefitso Product and Sales training to help you succeedo Car and cell phone allowance Required experience:o Management Experience: 2+ yearso Required education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience Company DescriptionElite Wireless Group started with one location in 2005 and has grown to 22 Sprint stores in Northern California, Hawaii and Nevada.
