Job Description
Kelly Services has an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative. Six-figure earning potential! Salary plus commission.

The Sales Representative will sell equipment nationally while working together with company team's on purchases. Sales are accomplished primarily over the phone and internet, with some travel required for production introductions, meetings, and key customer visits. This role is also responsible for prospecting new customers within assigned territories and maintaining existing customer relationships.
* Develop and acquire new customers in assigned territories utilizing scheduled appointments and professional quality sales presentations
* Develop and present a monthly sales forecast
* Develop and present customer sales strategies for target accounts on a monthly and annual basis

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Professional phone and customer service skills, and must have excellent negotiation skills
* Knowledge and practice in fundamentals of good salesmanship, prospecting, telemarketing, effective presentations, sales aids, and closing

Education and Experience:
* High School diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent
* Minimum of three (3) years' experience preferred in direct customer contact in parts, service, sales, or rental of heavy equipment
* Must have a valid Nevada's driver license with acceptable driving record
